From I-5 North
Travel North on I-5 and take Exit 300 I 84E/US-30 E. Veer to the
right towards SE Yamhill. At the bottom of the off ramp continue
straight onto Yamhill for 2 blocks and turn left onto SE 3rd Ave.
Travel 1 block and turn right onto SE Belmont. Cross MLK and
continue on SE Belmont to SE 12th Ave. Turn Left onto SE 12th Ave
and travel 8 blocks to Ankeny, where you turn right. Travel one block and
you will see the clinic on your left at the corner of 14th and
Ankeny.
From I-5 South
EXIT 300B toward OMSI/US-26 E/OREGON CITY. Take the ramp towards
OREGON CITY/OMSI. Keep left at the fork in the ramp and this will put
you on SE Belmont. Continue on SE Belmont to SE 12th Ave. Turn Left
onto SE 12th Ave and travel 8 blocks to SE Ankeny, where you turn right.
Travel one block and you will see the clinic on your left at the corner of
14th and SE Ankeny.
From I-84
Travel west on I-84 until it ends at I-5. Veer to the left
at the fork in the highway, traveling towards I-5 South. Stay
in the right lane on the exit ramp and exit immediately, never getting
onto I-5 South. As you continue on the off ramp, stay in the left
lane, towards Oregon City/OMSI/US-26. Take the ramp towards OREGON
CITY/OMSI. Keep left at the fork in the ramp and this will put you
on SE Belmont. Continue on SE Belmont to SE 12th Ave. Turn Left onto
SE 12th Ave and travel 8 blocks to SE Ankeny, where you turn right. Travel
one block and you will see the clinic on your left at the corner of 14th
and SE Ankeny.
From Downtown
Cross the Burnside bridge and continue straight on East
Burnside. As you rise up the hill, stay in the right lanes, as the
left lanes will force you onto Ne Sandy. Turn right onto SE
14th. Travel 1/2 block south and you will see the clinic on your
left.
